Disclosure: Jumpbit builds the tool used in this guide. It is listed in the directory under the same rules as every other tool, see the editorial policy.
What a pool is
A pool holds your token and a quote token, usually SOL, so people can trade. The starting price comes from the ratio of what you deposit. Raydium charges 0.15 SOL to create a standard pool and has no creation fee on CLMM pools, see Raydium.
Steps with Jumpbit
Jumpbit's pool creator builds the transaction in the browser for your wallet to sign:
- Connect a wallet and choose the DEX and pool type. AMM is the option shown.
- Enter the token mint and load it, then choose the quote token, default SOL.
- Enter the token and quote amounts.
- Optionally enable a dev buy that buys from the new pool with the same wallet.
- Review the preview and sign.
PumpSwap AMM and Raydium CPMM are supported, Token-2022 is supported when the pool uses that program, and a new pool may need time to appear in the pool index. Fees are network and DEX fees, with no exact amount stated.
After creating
Consider burning or locking LP, and list the token, see how to get on DEX Screener. Open the tool.
