Browser extension
Click Buy, choose SOL and enter the amount in your local currency. Phantom shows quotes from third-party providers, which may include MoonPay, OnMeta, Coinbase Pay and Robinhood depending on region, so you can compare prices, payment methods and fees. You are sent to the provider's page to pay, and some providers ask you to create an account or verify your identity.
Mobile app
Phantom's help center says buying crypto directly with USD or EUR is not supported on mobile. Fund your Cash account first: tap +, choose Add Cash, enter an amount and review the payment method, provider and fees. Then go to Trade, choose Buy and make sure the payment method is set to Cash. Available payment methods vary by location and may include debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
Costs
The main cost is the on-ramp fee, shown before you confirm. It varies by provider, region and payment method. The Solana network fee is a fraction of a cent. Limits and region restrictions are set by the provider.
