What the error means

Error processing Instruction N: custom program error: 0xb

You tried to close a token account that still holds tokens. Only empty token accounts can be closed to reclaim rent.

How to fix it

1. Send, sell or burn the remaining tokens first.
2. For dust you do not want, burn it, then close the account.
3. Account cleaners show which accounts are empty; see how to close empty token accounts.
