What the error means
This transaction has already been processed
The same signed transaction was sent twice. The first copy already landed, so the network rejects the duplicate.

How to fix it
- Search the transaction signature on a block explorer. If it shows success, nothing more is needed.
- Do not click send again; refresh the app to see the updated balance.
- If you need to repeat the action, build a new transaction, which gets a fresh blockhash and a new signature.
If that is not it
- If the explorer shows the transaction failed, the duplicate message is hiding the real error; open the failed transaction to read it.
