Structure: five referral layers and four honor tiers. Your referral tier follows your Arena rank and progress through specific tasks.
Revenue share: you earn a percentage of referrals' trading fees, rising with rank, with a top share advertised at roughly 50%.
Moving up: by completing rank-up quests, earning Gold through trading and activity, and recruiting.
Trading rewards: Arena rank also affects cashback, advertised at up to about 45%.
Extras: daily quests, leaderboards and a daily SOL jackpot.

"Up to" figures are maximums, not typical payouts, and we did not find a table with the percentage at each rank.
