What burning does
LP tokens represent your share of a pool and let you withdraw liquidity. Burning them destroys them, so that share of liquidity can never be removed. Buyers read burned LP as a sign the creator cannot pull the pool, see what a rug pull is.
How with Jumpbit
Jumpbit's burn liquidity tool supports PumpSwap AMM and Raydium CPMM pools according to its FAQ, with more DEX adapters coming. The steps are to connect a wallet, select the DEX, enter the token mint and load, choose the pool and LP amount, set slippage, review the preview and sign. Transactions are built in the browser and signed by your wallet. Fees are normal network and DEX fees, with no exact amount stated.
Before you burn
Burning is irreversible. If you may need the liquidity back, use remove liquidity instead. Consider locking rather than burning, see token lockers. Burning LP improves a token's grade on rug checkers. Open the tool.
